Work Description
Works in partnership with clients, advising them on how to use information technology in order to meet their business objectives or overcome problems. They work to improve the structure and efficiency of IT systems in various organizations.
Responsibility
- To perform business simulation procedures.
- To study the software functionalities.
- To learn ‘Business Requirement’ methodology.
- To learn software user experience and interface design (UX/UI).
- To conduct software training for end-users.
- To answer the user’s questions.
Requirements
- Language: English Academic: Diploma/Degree
- Discipline: Computer related or Accountancy/Business
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Sage – Accpac
- Travel: Regional travel required
- Employment: Full-Employment or Contract or Flexi-Hours
